What would you do if an outdoor event was planned, and the weather became an issue?

I would have a backup plan in place should the weather prevent the original outdoor event. This may include moving the event indoors or having a large tent available to cover the outdoor event. In addition to monitoring the weather the week leading up to the event.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, deposits are not refundable, as they are used to secure many different vendors related to the event.

Can we bring our own food to the event?

Depending on where the event is being held, will depend on if outside food can be brought in, other than by catering companies.

How would you handle uninvited or unruly guests?

If I am in attendance of the event, I will do my best to speak with uninvited or unruly guests discretely to avoid disruption to the event. However, if needed on site security or the police may have to respond.

Do you work with any companies exclusively?

I utilize many different companies, depending on the venue.
